Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elle Jay Aesthetics. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

Booking and Payment

1.1 All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee of £25, which will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

1.2 The remaining balance must be paid at the end of your treatment.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the full treatment cost being charged.

2.2 If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (no-show), you will be required to pay the full treatment cost.

2.3 No future bookings will be accepted until outstanding charges are cleared.

Appointment Attendance

3.1 Please arrive on time or at least 5 minutes early for your appointment.

3.2 If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced to accommodate the schedule, but the full treatment price will still be charged.

Medical and Consent Forms

4.1 All clients must complete the necessary medical history and consent forms prior to treatment.

4.2 Failure to complete the required documentation may result in the appointment being rescheduled or cancelled , with the booking fee forfeited.

General Policies

5.1 Elle Jay Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

5.2 Prices and policies are subject to change.
